You can email photos to Nanci at ArtbyNanciH@gmail.com.  She will reach out to confirm she received them.  If you would like your pet's name on the ornament, include that.  Multiple photos help to get a full picture of the color of your dog and characteristics that make them special.

Painting time can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project and the time of year.  Typical time frame is one week.  Around the holidays, add an additional week.  Orders placed after December 15th cannot be guaranteed by Christmas.

Satisfaction is guaranteed.  Nanci will send you a picture of your painting prior to finishing and is able to tweak colors or features before the final piece.

Yes, Nanci can estimate shipping fees and pass that cost to you.  Fees due before she can ship.
